Elizabeth S. Norberg
Elizabeth Norberg serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, Foot Locker, Inc. In her responsibilities, she serves over 49,000 associates worldwide in more than 27 countries. As an integral member of the Executive Committee, Elizabeth oversees Foot Locker’s global people strategy focused on the performance and engagement of team members by creating a diverse and inclusive culture that attracts and empowers top talent through strong foundational delivery, world class people systems and human capital planning in the rapidly evolving retail environment to achieve Foot Locker’s new purpose of “inspiring and empowering youth culture.” Elizabeth is a graduate of Colorado State University and holds a B.S. in Business Management. She is based out of Foot Locker, Inc.’s headquarters in New York City.
