Sheilagh M. Clarke
Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Sheilagh Clarke serves as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. She previously served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary from June 2014 through March 2022. Sheilagh has been a part of Foot Locker, Inc. since 1988, serving in positions of increasingly higher degrees of responsibility. She has extensive experience in corporate and securities law matters, executive compensation, corporate governance, and compliance. Sheilagh is a summa cum laude graduate of Monmouth University with a BS in Economics, and a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law.
