Amit Shah
As SVP, Chief Technology Officer for Foot Locker North America, Amit Shah is responsible for leading the company's technology organization and advancing the capabilities that support customer experiences, data and AI initiatives, and technology execution.
Amit brings more than two decades of enterprise technology experience to Foot Locker. He joins the company from Ahold Delhaize USA, where he most recently served as Chief Technology Officer, SVP, Retail, Digital & Commercial Technology. In that role, he led technology across a large-scale omnichannel retail business, with responsibility spanning eCommerce, retail media, loyalty, store technology, operations, platforms and merchandising systems.
Throughout his career, Amit's work has centered on modernizing complex technology estates end to end, transforming delivery, building AI-native engineering capabilities, and establishing product operating models across large, multi-brand organizations.
Prior to Ahold Delhaize USA, Amit served as Chief Technology Officer at Peapod Digital Labs. Earlier in his career, he held technology leadership roles at United Airlines and Southwest Airlines.
