Giovanna Cipriano
Giovanna Cipriano currently serves as the senior vice president, chief accounting officer of Foot Locker. In this role, which she has held since May 2009, she oversees all accounting, tax activities, financial reporting and financial risk management for across the global business.
With a 30-year tenure at Foot Locker, Giovanna has held various roles throughout her time and has devoted her career to finance and accounting leadership and growth. Over the years, Giovanna has made significant contribution to the company’s financial reporting, governance and operational excellence. She began her career within the audit practice of KMPG LLP.
Giovanna holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from St. John’s University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
