Sandra Han Pyun
As SVP, Merchandise Planning, Allocation & Replenishment North America, Sandra leads enterprise merchandise and assortment planning, allocation, replenishment, pricing optimization and inventory strategy. She is responsible for optimizing inventory productivity, improving product availability and driving profitable growth through data-driven allocation, replenishment and pricing strategies.
Sandra joined Foot Locker from Macy’s, Inc., where she spent over two decades in senior retail leadership roles with deep expertise across merchandising, planning, supply chain and inventory strategy. She most recently served as SVP, Merchandise Planning and Inventory Strategy, where she drove significant improvements in gross margin, inventory productivity and forecast accuracy through technology modernization, automation and organizational transformation. Previously, she served as SVP and General Business Manager for Ready-to-Wear, leading merchandising, planning, product development and digital strategy for a multi-billion-dollar business.
Sandra holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from New York University.
