Steve Miller
As SVP, Chief Operating Officer for Foot Locker North America, Steve is responsible for the company’s overall business operations, including strategy and vision. He is also responsible for leading the company’s technology, supply chain, legal and real estate organizations, as well as WSS, Foot Locker’s U.S.-based athletic footwear and apparel retailer which primarily operates on the West Coast.
Steve joins Foot Locker from Impact Analytics, where he most recently served as Chief Strategy Officer. Prior to Impact, Steve was SVP, Hardlines Merchandising at DICK'S, where he led merchandising efforts for the company's overall hardlines and golf businesses. Before that, he served as DICK’S SVP, Strategy, eCommerce & Analytics, responsible for the company's strategic initiatives and eCommerce organization. In addition, he supported important growth strategies – including House of Sport and Going Going Gone / Warehouse stores, as well as strategic initiatives like Nike Connected Membership and Personalization.
Prior to joining DICK'S, Steve served as SVP of Marketing and eCommerce at Jo-Ann Stores, Inc. He held several leadership roles during his tenure with Jo-Ann Stores, Inc., including VP of Marketing and Director of CRM/loyalty. Steve also held various leadership roles at McKinsey & Company after serving as a White House intern and the co-founder of Tiggly early in his career.
Steve earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in international relations from Rollins College and his Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
