Steve Miller
Steve Miller currently serves as senior vice president, chief operating officer for Foot Locker North America. In this role, Steve is responsible for the company's business operations, strategy and vision. He also oversees the supply chain, analytics, legal and real estate organizations, as well as Champs Sports and WSS.
Steve joined the company in 2025. Prior to Foot Locker, Steve spent several years at DICK'S Sporting Goods, where he most recently served as senior vice president, hardlines merchandising, leading the company's hardlines and golf businesses. He also served as senior vice president, strategy, e-commerce and analytics, where he led the company's strategic initiatives and e-commerce organization and supported key growth initiatives, including House of Sport, Going Going Gone and Nike Connected Membership.
Prior to joining DICK'S Sporting Goods, Steve held senior leadership roles at Jo-Ann Stores, Inc. and McKinsey & Company.
Steve earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Rollins College and his Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
