Jennifer Kraft joined Foot Locker as Executive Vice President & General Counsel in July 2023. Jennifer leads Foot Locker’s global legal team in delivering legal, governance and compliance services. With more than 25 years of legal experience, Jennifer is an accomplished legal professional who brings valuable business acumen, extensive public company experience, and diverse industry perspectives that benefit our strong legal team. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Starbucks and prior to that she served as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at United Airlines. Prior to joining United, Jennifer served as Vice President and Corporate Secretary at Aon Corporation, and previously was a senior associate at Latham & Watkins. Jennifer also currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Chicago, and the Children at the Crossroads Foundation.
